What do you think – Is branding just a myth? Does the author prove his point? It would seem to me that the author makes some good points, but to me branding only fails when you can’t live up to the message you’re trying to convey.

If you can create a brand that is consistent with the way your business operates and you’re able to reinforce that idea to your followers/customers, then it’s a terrific investment to make.
